  I’ve been living in SF for about two years now, and this company provides by far the highest quality living for the lowest price I have found. I pay less than most of my friends, but have a shorter commute, live in a really convenient and nice area (right by Market), and have a decently roomy single all to myself. The upper management was easy to communicate with and helped me book the apartment quickly and painlessly.The building is super clean, my room has great natural light, the shared kitchen is picturesque, and the RAs are super friendly and extremely helpful. The residents are all really friendly, interesting people - a lot of tech-types and young business people. There are also a ton of fun people my age (early 20’s) who are all traveling or studying in the city, and are super fun to hang out with. I guess long story short, if you are looking for affordable housing in SF, this is the best you’re going to find by FAR. I really love it here, definitely recommend.
