If you have trouble with the ATM transactions, it is very likely that you can not get help from the bank, because they explained they are not in charge of the ATM and you need to call the customer service number specifically for the ATM. 2. Almost EVERY TIME I contacted the staff here they asked me to open a new credit card and as I declined, they usually kept on persuading me.
