  Berendt properties has been wonderful to work with so far. They are extremely responsive and quick to help when needed. Communication has been excellent and the property is well maintained. I had a situation that came up at our building on a holiday and the team went above and beyond in responding to it and resolving it. Highly recommend.

  Not impressed. This mega real estate mogul wouldn't get off his phone and come into the apartment to answer questions. Guess he was there to open the door for a self guided tour followed by the go F yourself question and answer session. Not at all engaged in the process of you know, being a property manager and actually, gasp, showing the property to potential applicants. Aura of self importance and undeserved arrogance was laughable. Needless to say, we won't be conducting business with Mr. Big Britches ever again... BTW, you're a property manager bud. Let's not get too carried away with the your Tesla driving, time is money persona.
